Internal branding and motivational project which had to engage with the public and encourage their participation in providing feedback on the staff who served them during their visit to a Greene King restaurant or pub. The concept being that positive feedback of staff would be rewarded.
The brand was applied to a number of internal promotional items, presentations and also within the bars and restaurants at customer level, reminding both staff and clients that they should deliver and receive excellent standards of service during every aspect of contact.
