We are transparent with our fees.
There are no hidden extras.
In times of economic turmoil, cash-flow is king to most businesses and we understand this. That probably explains why many of our clients are choosing to retain our services, by paying a fixed monthly fee. These usually start at around £400 per month, and will allow you to call on us as you would a member of staff. You buy our time, and we work for you when you need us. Most retainers run for 12 months with regular reviews to ensure both parties are completely satisfied by the agreement. By having a longer term approach to your business, we get to really know what makes you tick, what your business needs to achieve and provide timely targeted solutions.
Of course some clients still prefer to work to a set budget, and we do this too.
We always cost out and gain approval on a project before we start work, should the brief change along the way (and let’s face it these things do!) then we will always discuss any impact this has on cost and deadlines before undertaking any additional work.
